Whether via Wordpress, Squarespace, Tessitura, Personify360, a custom CMS/CRM, or just basic HTML, I’ve not only adapted to various website management platforms over my career, I’ve used each one to improve the company’s profile and increase engagement.

A well-managed website happens at the intersection of brand consistency and a smart consumer journey. Having contributed to or overseen of 5 – 6 major industry websites over my career, I’ve developed an eye to quickly recognize the success factors for any given business’ website.

Web Management: Challenges & Successes

At my first full-time position out of undergrad as the Marketing Associate for Theatre Communications Group, I was assigned to a team overseeing a total overhaul and transition from an ancient CRM platform (TIMSS) to a new one (Personify360). After several weeks of 11-hour days and endless meetings, I had virtually mastered the new system and became integral to the launch.

At this point in my career, I’ve become more adept to the intricacies of each new system I encounter for both backend design and POS processes. More recently at Atlantic Acting School, I oversaw the entire website – management, upkeep, design, and brand. Using field research and testing, I steadily lowered the bounce rate and increased organic traffic by 138% month over month.
